First Steps

Running away when I was trying to change her diaper.

She always tries to grab all the lady bugs around her crib, like she can pick them up.

We took our first "real" steps today! (real meaning without holding onto mommy and daddy)

Although we didn't get a picture of it, we did catch it on the video camera.

She stood there for like 10 seconds! and then took 5 steps, kind of in a circle and plopped down.

We have been working on walking lately and her favorite thing is to hold one of my hands and one of daddy's hands and walk. she's fast too.

So all of this just in time for her first birthday! she is doing lots of new things!

She can stand on her own, take a few steps walk holding one hand drink out of her sippy cup (YES FINALLY!!), say daddy but still mama, wave bye bye without us having to show her, blow kisses, clap her hands, smile really pretty, she has 6 teeth and some she's working on, she can pretty much eat anything, she likes fruits like pears peaches and apples cut up, she like veggies like peas, green beans, sweet potatoe, she likes snacks like gold fish, cheerios and her fruit puffs, she tried tea for the first time saturday and drank out of a straw for the first time too, she loves to give kisses and hugs especially to mr. bear.

I could go on and on about all of the little things she does that makes her so grown up! =) =(
